Can I store my bag?
Arts Hotel Taksim does offer luggage storage. We can keep your luggage and will hold your bag up to 24 hours.
Can I send a package to the hotel?
Arts Hotel Taksim will accept or hold packages/boxes for pre-registered guests only. Boxes should arrive no earlier than 10 days prior to the guest’s arrival.
Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
A Government issued ID as well as a valid credit card is required at check-in.
What time is check-in and what time is check-out?
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 12 AM.
Do kids stay free?
Yes, guests who are 6 and under stay free, as long as it is within the same room and room booking.
Are smoking rooms available?
Smoking rooms are available on designated floors.
Is there a fitness center?
We have a smaller gym in the hotel, inside Leaf Spa&Wellness with cardio equipments and weights. Also complimentary to use for all guests.
What airports are nearby?
We are easily accessible from both two Istanbul airports Ataturk International Airport, and Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Shuttle van service can be arranged in advance via the Sightseeing and Airport Transportation Desk in the lobby (24 hour notice is required). Approximate traveling times are 35 min. to Ataturk Airport, 1 hour to ;Sabiha Gokcen . (travel times vary depending on traffic conditions).
Do you have onsite laundry service?
We offer onsite laundry services. The onsite concierge team will be happy to assist should you require laundry services.
Are extra beds/rollaway beds available?
No;We do not offer or provide extra beds.
Is there parking?
Yes, Arts Hotel Taksim is pleased to offer valet parking for guests for free with- no in/out privileges.
